Our manufacturing process has semi Automatic machinery for Cutting, Bending, Welding of M.S. Sheets, Pipes, & Sections. The material is processed in 8- tank chemical pretreatment process consisting of Degreasing, DeRusting, Activation, Phospheting, and Passivation with intermediate water Rinsing. The material is epoxy polyester powder coated and then Baked in Electronically controlled oven.

The range of Hospital Furniture manufactured is available in standard sizes & shapes in Siemens Grey Powder Coated Finish, whereas other furniture is available in Powder coated / Oven Baked Painted finish.

Most of the furniture is supplied in knock down condition. However we also undertake manufacture as per your requirement.

We are also manufacturing & dealing in Hospital Equipments like Warmer, Phototheorepy units, ENT OPD Treatment unit, OT lights. Suction machines. Autoclaves We have developed ENT OPD Treatment units for ENT surgeons indegeneously.
